Automatically Keep Warm: After boiling water at 212℉, the kettle automatically maintains a temperature of 115℉ for 12 hours.
Manually Keep Warm: Adjust the temperature knob and press the 'Start/Pause' button to maintain the set temperature for 12 hours.
The kettle will shut off automatically after 1 minute of inactivity. It also has an automatic power-off feature when there is too little water or during dry burning.
