Open Box Items
Open Box items are products that have damaged packaging, are used, or are otherwise not suitable to be sold as new. Despite this, they are in good condition with no wear. The item may be missing the original packaging or protective wrapping. The item includes original accessories.
Open Box items are not covered by a warranty, and all sales are final. However, if any quality issues arise within 30 days of receiving the product, please feel free to contact us for a refund. Please note that returns or refunds for cosmetic damage or non-performance-related issues will not be accepted.
If for some reason the item is defective on arrival, please contact support@buydeemshop.com, and we will arrange a refund.
