Chicken Breast and Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast: 250g
  • Broccoli: 40g
  • Red and yellow bell peppers: 40g
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Black pepper: 1 tsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice: 1 tsp
  • Olive oil: 1 tbsp
  • Chopped parsley: 1 tbsp

Steps

  1. Score the surface of the chicken breast 3 to 4 times. Add 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of crushed black pepper, and 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Put the marinated chicken breast in the steamer and cook for 20 minutes.
  3. Take out the steamed chicken breast and evenly apply 1/2 tbsp of olive oil. Cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for 10 minutes.
  4. Cut the broccoli and bell peppers into small pieces, then put them into the steamer and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Prepare the seasoning: Mix well 1/2 tbsp of olive oil, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, and 1 tbsp of chopped parsley.
  6. Tear the chicken breast into small strips. Put all ingredients on a plate, add the seasoning, mix well, and serve immediately.
