Ingredients

  • Baby potatoes  - 370g 
  • Salt  - 4g 
  • Five-spice powder  - 3g 
  • Chili powder  - 2g 
  • Cooking oil  - 3g 
  • Chopped scallions  - 3g 

 

Steps

1. Wash potatoes, steam for 20 mins until tender.  

 

2. Gently crush each potato with a knife (skin-on).  

 

3. Heat oil in a pan.  Add potatoes, fry 5 mins per side until golden and crispy.  

 

4. Sprinkle with salt, five-spice powder, chili powder, and scallions.
