Golden Seafood Rice

Ingredients
- Seafood & Shellfish: Your choice, cleaned and prepared (e.g., shrimp, clams, mussels, squid) – about 400–500g
- Rice: 1 cup
- Onion: 1 medium
- Tomato: 1 medium
- Garlic: 3–4 cloves
- Cilantro: ¼ cup
- Saffron: A pinch
- White Wine: ¼ cup
- Stock/Broth: 2 cups (chicken, seafood, or vegetable)
- Cooking Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Lemon: 1
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions:
1. Set the Slow Cooker to Sear/ Sauté mode. Sauté onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons of oil until soft. Add tomatoes and cilantro stems, cook until fragrant.

2. Add rice, saffron, and white wine. Stir to coat the grains evenly.

3. Pour in the stock and switch to the Bean mode. The stepless knob makes cooking easy and precise.

4. When 15 minutes remain, arrange seafood and shellfish on top of the rice. Cover and continue cooking.
