
Orange Glazed Salmon

Salmon Fillet - 1

Ground Sea Salt and Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp

Fresh Fennel - 1 sprig

Rosemary - 1 sprig

Butter - 20g

Ciabatta - 1
Instructions:
1. Season the salmon fillet with fennel, rosemary, black pepper, and sea salt.
2. Slice the orange and arrange the slices on a baking tray. Place the marinated salmon on top and add butter.
3. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and bake in Roast mode for 20 minutes.
4. Warm the ciabatta. Spread mustard seed sauce and pesto on the bread.
5. Layer the baked orange slices and salmon onto the bread, wrap it up, and enjoy!
