Whole Grain Steak Power Bowl

Ingredients

  • Filet Mignon: 1 piece (about 90g)
  • Mixed Grain Rice - 50g
  • Water (for steaming rice) - 100g
  • Corn Kernels - 75g
  • Broccoli - 50g
  • Season Food Sticks - 2 pieces
  • Cherry Tomatoes - 5 pieces
  • Rosemary - 1 sprig
  • Olive Oil - 2 tsp
  • Ground Sea Salt and Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Vinaigrette - 2 tsp

Steps

1. Cut the broccoli into small florets, shred the crab sticks, and chop the cherry tomatoes.

 

2. Rinse 50 grams of mixed-grain rice and place it in a steaming bowl. Add 10 grams of water. Fill the pot with water up to the maximum water level line, and place the bowl on the steaming rack. Set the time for 45 minutes.

 

3. Blanch the corn for 2-3 minutes and the broccoli for 30-60 seconds, then remove and set aside.

 

4. Cook the steak with olive oil and rosemary in a frying pan. Sprinkle with ground sea salt and black pepper, then cut into pieces and set aside.

 

5. Arrange all the ingredients on top of the mixed-grain rice. Drizzle with sauce, mix, and enjoy!
