Vermicelli ----- 2
Garlic ----- 50g
Instructions
- Soak Vermicelli noodles.
- Handle and clean the lobster.
- Make garlic sauce: Mix fried garlic and raw garlic in a 1:1 ratio and add salt (half teaspoon).
- Plating:Put the vermicelli on the bottom, place lobster on top, and finally, add garlic sauce.
- Steam for 7 min.
